Group Transformation Coaching

This program is designed to guide women through a transformative journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing. Each week we will focus on actionable steps, personal reflection, and support to cultivate confidence, compassion, and resilience in the face of challenges. My approach is transparent and filled with empathy, ensuring participants feel seen, heard, and understood.

This program is designed for weekly 60 minute virtual sessions, midweek check-ins for accountability and encouragement, and will provide a resource packet filled with journaling prompts, affirmations, and actionable tips for each week.

This program aims to be a compassionate, insightful space where women can rediscover their strength and confidence while feeling genuinely supported.
